Dr. Alexander Colonna presents a case review on a trauma survivor that sustained complex injuries after being hit by a car while riding his bicycle. He discusses the collaboration of care from many different teams, starting with EMS response as well as focusing on what recovery has looked like for this particular patient and ways our trauma system can improve on follow up.
