She loves working with medical providers and has broad clinical knowledge, with experience working alongside both healthcare providers and patients.

Alex Votruba is a Public Health Consultant with the Division of Professional Licensing (DOPL). His work focuses on controlled substance prescribing, misuse, and overdose prevention across Utah. He collaborates directly with healthcare providers to promote responsible prescribing and effective use of the Controlled Substance Database (CSD). Alex earned a B.A. from the University of Colorado at Boulder and an M.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine.
